The Veer Union are a band that has consistently put out stellar music for the past 15 years. This year also happens to mark the 10 year anniversary of their album Against The Grain which they currently have preorders and is completely re-recorded with the new song Healing added for good measure. These guys are always busy.
This was my second time see the band live and they did not disappoint. I also had the pleasure of talking with Crispin (vocals) and Ryan (guitar) before the show to catch on things and have a preview of what comes next for the band.
This Friday night, The Veer Union came out swinging and performed at top peak. Opening up on the Shred Til Your Dead Tour along with Alesana and The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, they wasted no time setting up the night. There was no short of energy from the band during their 30 minute set as they dominated the stage as expected. Ending their set with the Linkin Park cover Numb left everyone in good spirits and wanting more. Too bad we will have to wait a while for their return.
